The Topics page is now more compact.
About pages for topics now include a section for "related topics" -- all other topics containing any of the subtopics in this topic. For example, if you are the page for Oregon: State of: Topic: Open Government: Media access to executive sessions, a section will list all the other topics containing the subtopics "Government" or "Media access to executive sessions" and it looks like this:
